2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Only
Each person may open one account only. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is considered a prohibited activity and all accounts will be closed. Operating multiple accounts from the same address, phone number, payment method or device will be treated as duplicate accounts.
3.2 Providing Accurate Information
During the registration process you must provide completely truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. If false or misleading information is provided, kkb3 reserves the right to close the account without notice.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to our support team immediately.
kkb3 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kkb3 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). Funds sent by any other method will not be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit (per method): ৳300
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
- Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before processing a withdrawal request, kkb3 may require account identity verification (KYC) to be completed. Withdrawal may be declined if deposited funds have not been wagered at least once. Wagering conditions for bonus withdrawals are described in Section 5.
Withdrawals will always be processed using the same method as the deposit, unless this is not possible due to technical reasons.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The kkb3 welcome bonus is up to 150% on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making a total balance of ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25× (twenty-five times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met. The list of games eligible for wagering is noted on the promotions page.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each player may receive each promotion once only.
- The deadline to claim a bonus is stated with each offer.
- kkb3 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Under the VIP programme, weekly cashback is available at every level from Bronze to Diamond.
6 Fair Play Policy
kkb3 is firmly committed to fair play. All games on our platform are operated by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality of outcomes. It is completely impossible for any player or kkb3 staff member to influence results in anyone's favour.
Our system continuously monitors for unusual betting patterns. If a suspicious pattern is identified in a player's activity, kkb3 reserves the right to open an investigation and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkb3 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Operating games using automated bots, scripts or software.
- Threatening, harassing or defrauding other players.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to kkb3's systems.
- Using a false identity or operating an account in someone else's name.
- Intentionally exploiting any error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
If any of the above activities are detected, kkb3 will immediately close the account, forfeit all funds, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.
8 Intellectual Property
All content published on the kkb3 website — logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text content and overall design — is the exclusive property of kkb3. Users are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Without the express written permission of kkb3, republishing, redistributing, modifying, copying or using any platform content for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
9 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Account Suspension and Closure
11.1 Closure by kkb3
kkb3 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Direction from a law enforcement authority.
11.2 Closure by the User

12 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding any transaction or gaming result, please contact our support team first. Our team will review the details of the incident and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Dispute submission deadline: you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the relevant incident. Claims raised after this deadline may not be accepted.
